The Dalian Metro is a rapid transit system in the city of Dalian, Liaoning, China. The system currently in operation consists of 5 lines: Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 12, and Line 13.
STRIDES was appointed to assist Dalian Metro to ensure the system and manpower were ready for revenue service on Lines 1 & 2.
The scope of work included operational readiness consultancy, training and integrated test run and trial run.
